For the Bugaboo Kangaroo seat-only launch, we developed a visual strategy that balanced Bugaboo’s premium design language with a clear emphasis on value and product functionality. The strategic opportunity centered on reframing the seat as both a thoughtful investment and a flexible addition to an existing stroller system. By highlighting the travel system configuration and modularity of the product, we positioned the seat-only configuration as a practical solution for expecting parents’ needs.
